In the event of a system failure, UltraPOST gives users a powerful and easy-to-use diagnostic tool that identifies hardware problems before they need to call technical support. UltraPOST will cut the number of lengthy support calls and dramatically reduce expensive shipping costs, no-trouble-found (NTF) returns, and dead stock in most cases where the PC isn't actually damaged.
UltraPOST Embedded
UltraPOST Embedded is mainly targeted towards motherboard designers and manufacturers requiring in-BIOS diagnostics. UltraPOST is a 32k diagnostic code that is designed to be incorporated inside the system's BIOS. When the system is booted, an option key is selected and the diagnostics are initiated similar to CMOS setup. UltraPOST performs professional-level testing on a systems mainboard, processor, memory, drives-IDE & USB, graphic cards, High-Speed USB 2.0 Ports, Firewire1394 Ports and much more.
