3. What is the difference between
QuickTech Personal and QuickTech PRO?
QuickTech
Personal is a limited version of QuickTech Professional.
It is designed to have many of the features of QuickTech
PRO but not all. The cost of QuickTech Personal
is also much less than the Professional version.
Some of the key tests that are not implemented inside
QuickTech Personal are: SCSI Testing, Sound card
testing, Mouse Testing, System Interogation, File
saving ability, Script saving ability, Running under
DOS, memory scanning, IRQ and DMA detection, and
Peripheral interagation.

4. How do I make a back up of the software?
When
you first purchase the software, it is recommended
that you make a back copy of the software. To do,
you simply use the disk copy command under dos.
If you are not familiar with dos, then you can use
Windows to copy all the QuickTech files to a back
up disk.

How do I protect my disk from virus infection?
The
best way of protecting your diskette from viruses
is by setting the write protect tab on. Also it
is recommended that you use a back up diskette for
everyday testing. If the disk becomes infected,
simply destroy the disk and make another back up.
The master disk should be stored in a safe area.

Do I get free upgrades?
We
do not offer free upgrades unless it is a part of
your contract. Normally upgrades will cost between
$49.00 and $99.00.
