If the software does not detect the Ultra-X USB device, try changing the location of the device without changing the software settings. If you continue to have problems, contact Ultra-X for software upgrade.

4. What is the latest version of the software?
There are three packages that can drive the QuickTech USB; the QuickTech USB software, PHD PCI and QuickTech PRO. The versions are as follows:

QuickTech USB software is 1.55
QuickTech PRO is 4.28
PHD PCI is 5.03 Rev K.

5. How do I use my USB device?
To use QuickTech USB, first you need to install the device into your system. Then you need to boot the system with either USB software, QuickTech PRO or PHD PCI. Select the USB test and select run. The test will run till a key is pressed to stop the testing.
